Ian Goldin

Ian Goldin was a professor of globalisation and development at the University of Oxford and served as director and founding director of the Oxford Martin School. From 2003 to 2006, he was Vice-President of the World Bank. Earlier, he was managing director and director of the Development Bank of Southern Africa. For more than five years, he advised former South African president Nelson Mandela.
