Harald Schulze-Eisentraut (born 1963) is a scholar with a doctorate in archaeology. He studied archaeology, art history and history in Marburg and Munich. He subsequently worked as a research associate and lecturer at Goethe University Frankfurt. From 2009, he headed the Mediterranean and Near East Department of the Archaeological State Collection in Munich. He also worked as an exhibition curator and wrote scholarly and journalistic articles on archaeological, social-historical and historiographical subjects. His research focuses included archaeology, research policy and the history of research.
