Harald Schmidt

Harald Schmidt (born in 1957) is a German cabaret artist, late-night host, actor, and director. He hosted television programs for ARD and later again for Sat.1. He also worked in theatre, including at Schauspielhaus Stuttgart. Since 1993, he has published eight books; his first was titled “Tränen im Aquarium.”
