Gwen Adshead is a forensic psychiatrist and psychotherapist. She worked for many years at the high-security psychiatric hospital Broadmoor Hospital and also served in probation services, a women’s prison and the family courts. In 2013, she received the President’s Medal in recognition of her contributions to psychiatry.
