Greg Graffin

Greg Graffin became known as the lead singer and co-songwriter of the punk rock band Bad Religion. He completed a master’s degree and a doctorate in zoology at Cornell University, as well as a second master’s degree in geology at UCLA. He also taught at both universities, including evolutionary biology. As an author, he published the books “Anarchy Evolution” (with Steve Olson) and “Population Wars.” Graffin’s career thus combines punk music with academic training and teaching.
