Gavin Extence

Gavin Extence, born in 1982, is a British author. His debut novel, »The Universe Versus Alex Woods«, received numerous awards in the United Kingdom and became a bestseller in Germany. His second novel, »Libellules in the Head«, was published in 2016. Before becoming a writer, Extence briefly pursued chess as a young player and took part in tournaments in the United Kingdom and Russia.
