Gabriele Brandstetter

Gabriele Brandstetter is a German scholar of theatre and dance studies. She was a professor of theatre studies, specializing in dance studies, at Freie Universität Berlin, where she taught in the Department of Theatre and Dance Studies. She also held leadership roles at research centers affiliated with the university, including the Center for Movement Research and the International Research Center “Interweaving Performance Cultures.”
