Fuchsia Dunlop

Fuchsia Dunlop was the first European to train at the Sichuan Higher Institute of Cuisine in China. As an author and expert on Chinese cuisine, she collected recipes while travelling through China and wrote for publications including the Financial Times, The New Yorker and The Observer. She also appeared on Gordon Ramsay’s programme on BBC Radio 4. Dunlop speaks, reads and writes Chinese.
