Fritz B Simon

Fritz B. Simon studied medicine and sociology. He worked as a psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, systemic therapist and organizational consultant, and completed his habilitation in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy at Heidelberg University. Simon was a professor of leadership and organization at the Institute for Family Businesses at Witten/Herdecke University. His research focused on processes of organization and disorganization in psychological and social systems. He authored and edited numerous scholarly articles and books, including “Living Systems,” “My Psychosis, My Bicycle and I,” “Circular Questioning,” and “An Introduction to Systems Theory and Constructivism.”
