Frauke Nahrgang

Frauke Nahrgang was born in Stadtallendorf in 1951. She studied primary school teaching in Kassel and Giessen and worked as a primary school teacher until 2012. She has published children’s books since 1987, including picture books and books for beginning readers. Among her best-known works is the “Die Teufelskicker” series. Her stories were inspired in part by her experiences at school and by her own children.
