Frank Trende

Frank Trende, born in 1963 in Marne, wrote numerous books and articles on cultural history. He grew up in the shadow of the Neulandhalle, a building associated with National Socialist propaganda surrounding land reclamation. Among his best-known works is the study “Neuland! war das Zauberwort. Neue Deiche in Hitlers Namen,” which also provided the basis for the Neulandhalle Historical Learning Site. He also edited the Müllenhoff reader “Die Geschichten sind ja schnell gelesen …”.
