Frank Sieren (born 1967) is a German journalist, author and documentary filmmaker specializing in China. He worked as a correspondent for publications and broadcasters including Süddeutsche Zeitung, Wirtschaftswoche, Die Zeit, Handelsblatt, Tagesspiegel and Deutsche Welle. His books include Der China-Schock, Zukunft? China!, Shenzhen and China to go. For ZDF, he made the documentary Und ewig lockt das Öl – Chinas Griff nach Afrika, about China’s involvement in Africa.
