Florian Babor

Florian Babor was born in 1978 in Steyr, Austria, and studied human medicine at the University of Vienna. He began his medical career at the University Hospital Düsseldorf. He worked as a pediatrician and as a pediatric oncologist and hematologist, including as a senior physician at the hospital’s pediatric cancer clinic. In 2019, he completed his habilitation in pediatrics and adolescent medicine. In 2020, he co-founded the podcast “Hand, Fuß, Mund” with Nibras Naami, focusing on pediatric and adolescent medicine. “Sag mal Aaah!” was his first children’s book.
