Eva Reichert-Garschhammer

Eva Reichert-Garschhammer is a lawyer and government director. Her professional career included work at the State Institute for Early Childhood Education (IFP) in Munich, where she headed a department from 1997 and served as deputy director. Her work focused on developing and implementing educational plans and guidelines, including those for Bavaria and Hesse, as well as on piloting support systems for quality development in early-childhood education centres. She also worked on early digital education and the digital transformation of the early-childhood education system.
