Ethan Cross

Ethan Cross is the pseudonym of an American thriller writer. After a period as a musician, he turned to writing and created Francis Ackerman Jr., a prominent figure in fictional serial-killer literature. Ackerman is the central character in the six-volume Shepherd series; Cross also created another investigator, Baxter Kincaid. The Shepherd novels are among his best-known works.
