Eric Pfeil

Eric Pfeil, born in 1969 in Bergisch Gladbach, is a German author and television writer. Around the turn of the millennium, he produced the music programme »Fast Forward«, hosted by Charlotte Roche, and conceived the Sarah Kuttner Show. He subsequently worked as a television writer and wrote about film, literature and popular music for publications including the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Spiegel Online and Rolling Stone. He also worked as a Berlinale writer, gag writer and ghostwriter. His first book, »Komm, wir werfen ein Schlagzeug in den Schnee«, was published in 2010. He later published two books about Italian popular music.
