Elli H. Radinger

Elli H. Radinger (born 1951) is a German journalist and author whose work focuses on wolves and dogs. She gave up her career as a lawyer to devote herself to writing and observing wolves. Radinger founded the Wolf Magazin and was involved in establishing the Society for the Protection of Wolves. From 1995 onward, she observed wild wolves in Wyoming’s Yellowstone National Park and organized wolf-watching trips there. Her books include Die Wölfe von Yellowstone, Die Weisheit der Wölfe, Die Weisheit alter Hunde, and Wölfisch für Hundehalter, which she co-wrote with Günther Bloch.
