Elen Fern is a literary collective from French-speaking Switzerland. It developed in 2024 from AJAR, a collective that comprised fourteen literary practitioners. Its members worked in changing constellations on collaborative literary and artistic projects, while also publishing work of their own. The collective’s works include *Le jour des silures* (German: *Wenn die Welse kommen*, Éditions Zoé), which was the first to appear in German translation.
