Dr. Bernhard Kleinschmidt

Bernhard Kleinschmidt was born in Ellwangen, Germany, in 1956. He studied German and American literature in Tübingen, Munich, and the United States, where he also earned a doctorate. He subsequently taught for five years at Waseda University in Tokyo. His experience in Japan informed several publications. As a translator, he translated works by authors including Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and Jack Kornfield.
