Diana Henry

Diana Henry is a British cookbook author and food journalist who grew up in Northern Ireland. She has written for publications including the Sunday Telegraph, House & Garden, Country Living, Red and Saga, and has appeared on BBC radio programmes about cooking. Her notable cookbooks include *Food from Plenty*, *Salt Sugar Smoke*, *A Change of Appetite*, *A Bird in the Hand* and *Simple*. She has received multiple awards for her journalism and books; among them, *A Change of Appetite* was named Cookbook of the Year by the Guild of Food Writers.
