Desiree Hebenstreit is a Germanist whose research focuses on Austrian literature after 1945. From 2011 onward, she worked at the University of Vienna on various research projects, including an edition of Andreas Okopenko’s diaries. She was also involved in the research project “The Austrian State Prize: Continuity, Rupture and Canon Discourse from 1950 to 1967.”
