Deborah O'Donoghue

Deborah O’Donoghue studied English and French at the University of Sussex and performing arts at the Sorbonne. Before becoming a writer, she worked in a comedy club, repaired car bodies and sold fish and chips in Brighton. She later taught at the Université Paris VII and at secondary schools in Sussex. *The Beach House* was her first novel.
