Daniela Martinek

Daniela Martinek is a habilitated educational scientist and a trained primary school teacher. Her professional work included teaching in initial, continuing, and advanced education and a professorship at Paris Lodron University Salzburg. She also served as rector of the University College of Teacher Education Salzburg. Her academic work addressed topics including self-determination in teaching and learning processes and the motivation of students and teachers. Her lecturing focused on autonomous school and learning cultures and innovative approaches to assessment.
