Cornelia Schinharl

Cornelia Schinharl is a German cookbook author and food journalist. In 1985, she became self-employed as an editor and author. She published more than 50 cookbooks and received several awards, including silver medals from the Gastronomische Akademie Deutschlands and two World Cookbook Awards. Alongside the cuisine of her native Bavaria, she was particularly interested in Italy’s culinary traditions and repeatedly traveled to Tuscany to collect recipes and stories.
