Claire Berest

Claire Berest, born in Paris in 1982, is an author. She published her first novel at the age of 27. In 2017, she co-wrote a book with her sister about their grandmother, Gabriële, which became a bestseller in France. She spent several years studying the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo before writing a successful novel about her.
