Christine Koschmieder

Christine Koschmieder, born in Heidelberg in 1972, studied theatre, media and communication studies as well as intercultural communication and European studies. After ten years in independent theatre, she worked as a translator, fundraiser and literary agent and founded the literary agency Partner + Propaganda. Her debut novel, »Schweinesystem«, was published in 2014 and nominated for the Aspekte Literature Prize. Her other novels include »Dry«, »Schambereich. Über Sex sprechen« and »Frühjahrskollektion«. In 2024, she was invited to the Ingeborg Bachmann Prize competition with an excerpt from »Frühjahrskollektion«.
