Christina Clemm (born 1967) is a specialist lawyer in criminal and family law. For many years, she worked as a criminal defense lawyer and as counsel for victims acting as co-plaintiffs, representing people affected by sexualized, gender-based, and racially motivated violence. She was also a member of an expert commission on reforming Germany’s sexual criminal law. Her book “Akteneinsicht. Geschichten von Frauen und Gewalt” was published in 2020, followed by the polemic “Gegen Frauenhass” in 2023.
