Christian Klein

Christian Klein (born 1974) is a German literary scholar. He worked at the University of Wuppertal in modern German literary history and general literary studies and was a member of its Centre for Narrative Research. His research focuses include literature from the nineteenth to the twenty-first century, nonfictional forms of storytelling, and the theory and practice of biographical writing. His publications include the study Kultbücher. Theoretische Zugänge und exemplarische Analysen (2014). He has also edited several novels by historical authors.
