Chaza Charafeddine, born in Tyre in 1964, is a Lebanese artist and writer. She attended a Catholic girls’ school in Beirut and studied, among other subjects, art and theatre in Switzerland and Germany. Her texts have appeared in numerous anthologies and journals, while her installations and images have been shown in galleries in Lebanon and Europe. Charafeddine speaks four languages.
