Cecilia Tan is an author and activist. Her BDSM romance novel “Slow Surrender” received the RT Reviewers’ Choice Award in the Erotic Romance category. Tan also received the RT Career Achievement Award in the same category. She founded and edited Circlet Press, a publisher specializing in erotic science fiction and fantasy, and initiated the Fetish Fair Fleamarket. In 2010, she was inducted into the Saints & Sinners Hall of Fame.
