Carolin Meister

Carolin Meister is an art historian. She served as a professor of art history at the State Academy of Fine Arts Karlsruhe. From 2003 to 2009, she was a research associate at the Collaborative Research Centre “Aesthetic Experience in the Context of the Dissolution of the Boundaries between the Arts” at Freie Universität Berlin. Previously, from 2001 to 2003, she worked at the Institute of Art Studies and Aesthetics at Berlin University of the Arts and on the research project “Archives of the Past: Transfers of Knowledge between Archaeology, Philosophy and the Arts” at Humboldt University of Berlin.
