Birgit Weilguny

Birgit Weilguny (born 1980) is a translator from Spanish and Catalan. She has translated texts for film, theatre, readings, poetry festivals, literary journals and anthologies, as well as nonfiction and novels. She has also worked as an interpreter at cultural events. From 2012 to 2014, she taught at the University of Vienna’s Centre for Translation Studies.
