Birgit Szepanski

Birgit Szepanski holds a doctorate in art studies (Dr. phil.) and worked as an art scholar, artist, and publicist. She completed her doctorate at the Hochschule für bildende Künste Hamburg. Her scholarly and artistic work addressed narrative methods in the visual arts, urban space in contemporary art, and interdisciplinary connections between visual art, literature, and film.
