Billy Idol

Billy Idol, born William Michael Albert Broad in 1955 in Stanmore, England, is an English musician. He first became known as a member of the punk band Generation X. In 1981, he moved to New York and established himself as a solo artist, achieving worldwide success during the 1980s.
