Betsy Lerner

Betsy Lerner worked as an editor and literary agent in New York and is the author of several books, including the nonfiction work *The Bridge Club of My Mother* (German: *Der Bridge-Club meiner Mutter*). She received, among other honors, the Thomas Wolf Poetry Prize and the Tony Goodwin Prize for Editors. *Meine goldene Schwester* was her first novel.
