Bernd Kraft

Bernd Kraft worked for seven years as a project engineer and then for 14 years as head of personnel and organizational development in an AkzoNobel business unit. From 1997 onward, he worked as a management consultant, trainer, and coach for executives. In 2005, he founded the Kompetenzverbund Unternehmensberatung (KVUB), an interdisciplinary network of consultants from various fields. In 2007, Kraft completed, among other qualifications, training as a business coach for systemic consulting and coaching with the European Coaching Association (ECA). From 2003 to 2015, he was a lecturer in social skills and change management in the European Business Management program at Worms University of Applied Sciences.
