Bernadette Calonego

Bernadette Calonego was born in Stans, Switzerland. She worked as a freelance journalist and foreign correspondent in Canada, writing for publications including Süddeutsche Zeitung, Brigitte, Vogue, GEO, and Emma. As an author, she published nine crime novels set in Canada, several of which were translated. Her nonfiction book “Oh, wie schön ist Kanada!” appeared on the Spiegel bestseller list.
