Becky Albertalli

Becky Albertalli, born in 1982, is an American author of young adult fiction. Before turning to writing, she worked as a psychologist and earned a doctorate in clinical psychology. Her debut novel, »Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda«, was published in German as »Nur drei Worte« and internationally as »Love, Simon«. It received the German Youth Literature Prize in 2017 and was adapted into the 2018 film »Love, Simon«.
