Barbara Wood

Barbara Wood was an author from England who became known internationally as a bestselling novelist. Her successful novels include *Rote Sonne, schwarzes Land*, *Traumzeit*, *Kristall der Träume* and *Dieses goldene Land*. In 2002, she received the Corine Readers’ Prize for *Himmelsfeuer*. Her novels have sold more than 14 million copies in the German-speaking market.
