Barbara Jelenkovich

Barbara Jelenkovich was born in Trieste in 1961. She studied at the State Institute of Art and the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice. After publishing her first book in 1985, she worked as an illustrator and author of children’s books, particularly for children aged two to six. She contributed to more than 180 books, which were translated into nearly 40 languages. At Ravensburger, she is best known for illustrating the “Sachen suchen” books. As a child, she was already fascinated by drawings in books.
