Anne Boyer, born in 1973 in Topeka, Kansas, is a poet and essayist. Her works include the poetry collection “Garments Against Women” (2015). In 2018–19, she was a Judith E. Wilson Fellow at the University of Cambridge. From 2007 onward, she taught at the Kansas City Art Institute. She received the Pulitzer Prize in 2020 for “The Undying.”
