Anne Barns

Anne Barns is the pseudonym of German author Andrea Russo. She left her teaching career to devote herself to writing. She became known primarily for feel-good novels set by the sea, including *Apfelkuchen am Meer* and *Der Duft von Kuchen und Meer*, which became bestsellers. The sea and baking are recurring themes in her books.
