Anna Kordsaia-Samadaschwili, born in 1968, is a Georgian author, translator and cultural journalist. She has translated works by Ingeborg Bachmann, Rainald Goetz, Erich Maria Remarque, Bertolt Brecht and Elfriede Jelinek from German into Georgian. The Goethe-Institut Tbilisi awarded her for her translation of Jelinek’s novel Women as Lovers. Her novels published in German include Who Killed the Seagull? (2016) and Children of Shushanik (2018).
