Andreas Arz

Andreas Arz was born in Wiesbaden in 1979 and grew up in the Rheingau region of Germany. After training as a publishing clerk, he studied marketing and communications and subsequently worked in advertising for more than five years. He later worked for a German daily newspaper and became involved in his family’s business. At the age of 28, he spent ten months in Australia, where he worked on farms and recorded impressions in personal writings. He had been writing since childhood, and his debut novel was inspired by his connection to the Rheingau region.
