Amelie Glienke

Amelie Glienke was born in Berlin and studied painting and graphic arts under Professor Georg Kiefer at the Hochschule der Künste in Berlin. From 1975 onward, she worked as a freelance graphic artist, illustrator, and children’s book illustrator. As a caricaturist, she used the name HOGLI. She illustrated works by, among others, Hanne Schüler and Roald Dahl, and had two children.
