Alan Weisman

Alan Weisman is an author, journalist, and former professor of international journalism at the University of Arizona. He is best known for the international bestseller *The World Without Us* (2007). He traveled widely for his reporting and contributed to publications including Harper’s, The New York Times Magazine, and Discover Magazine. His journalistic work received numerous awards.
