Farley Jones is being forced to date Meyer Harrigan, the man she has come to love, in order to make all of her stand-up dreams come true. It’s agony— a tragedy, even. 3.5⭐ This was cute! Farley, Meyer and Hazel were adorable, and I loved their little family. There were many funny parts in this, though I could've done without the scatological jokes. The actual stand-up bits were quite cringy and unfunny, but maybe that's just a me-problem because I struggle with second-hand embarrassment 😅
Mutual pining, fake dating, friends to lovers. What's not to love?
