Reviewed by KateDie Anzahl an Fehlkommunikationen, Missverständnissen und Momenten, in denen keiner der beiden Charaktere einfach die Wahrheit gesagt hat, hat mich wahnsinnig gemacht. Beide waren deswegen unglaublich nervig. Eine weitere Sache, die mich genervt hat, war die Menge an unnötigen Informationen zwischen den Dialogen. Manchmal hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Geschichte viel schneller vorankommen könnte, wenn all diese zusätzlichen Details nicht da wären. Nachdem ich jetzt schon ein paar Rom-Coms gelesen habe, ist mir klar geworden, dass ich Bücher bevorzuge, die aus der Perspektive beider Charaktere erzählt werden. The Love Hypothesis wird ausschließlich aus Olives Perspektive erzählt, und ich glaube, ich hätte das Buch mehr genossen, wenn wir auch Adams POV gehabt hätten. Insgesamt bin ich froh, dass ich es gelesen habe, denn ich warte auf die Adaption auf Amazon Prime.
