Reviewed by kensay what you will about misunderstandings as a source of conflict (easy to resolve, cheap, etc)--it is a classic, especially in a lesbian lens: when your new close friend is going around declaring that she likes you and you return the sentiment and she doesn't think you mean it in the same way <i>she</i> does? how thrilling. and an interesting preamble to a potential queer grooming storyline. excited to see where that goes.
