dnf 20% maybe the translation was just absolutely horrible but this was really bad, lol *still thinking about the question whether a self-help book should try to convince you that u have problems u don't really have - the answer is no* (also, I am sorry, I don't want to offend anyone who likes this book, but for me, trying to read this was pure horror)

Self-help books are always very personal. I could connect with the author’s view as we are in the same age and have similar world views.

First of all the book has many good advices not gonna lie. But on the other hand there are many very obvious points, don’t buy this book if you really need some psychological input. It’s more for just reading some opinions from the author. Not that intense and helpful, but still quite interesting.
